Manual stretching appointments are when a therapist applies, and facilitates the stretching process for you.

This option is intended to target the hips, legs, and lower back regions of the body respectively.

Facilitated stretching appointments helps to release muscular tension, and pressure on joints that result from sustained positions, and movement behaviors.

*Must bring loose fitted, athletic or flexible clothing.
